Automatic name convention

Predefined ``folder`` structure

Version control

When you create a document in Doxxi it automatically assigns it an initial version. As you make changes to the document, such as editing the content or the attached information, Doxxi increments the version number.

Access control and permissions in Doxxi are mechanisms that determine who can access, view, edit, or delete documents and information within the system. In simple terms, they are like the locks and keys.

Thanks to the automation between Doxxi and MyMinFin, accountants no longer have to download all the documents they need for their clients one by one from MyMinfin. Doxxi will do the download and archiving automatically in the clients digital file.

Integration with Microsoft Office

After installing Doxxi you will have a direct access to it via the ribbon in Word and Excel. Using the ribbon would allow you to compare versions of a document within MS Word or save directly from Word to Doxxi.

Deadline tracking

Accountants deal with strict deadlines. Doxxi provides a centralized platform for tracking and managing deadlines. It sends automated reminders and notifications to ensure that important dates are never missed. This eliminates the last-minute rush.

Integration with Penneo

Documents are sent directly from Doxxi to Penneo and retrieved back when signed by all parties. This eliminates the need to print, sign, scan and manually file physical documents, saving time and reducing overhead costs. The workflow leads to increased productivity and lower operational expenses.

Integration with Microsoft Outlook

Doxxi allows you to save Outlook messages and file attachments directly from MS Outlook to Doxxi with one click or with drag and drop, adding tags so that the information is easily accessible.
